Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.  To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card or your ACH account available. Unfortunately we are unable to accept American Express or PayPal for payment.

This year's registration form again includes two Volunteer Options like last year. Families will be able to buyout their volunteer requirement by paying a $75.00 buyout fee at registration. Families choosing to fulfill their volunteer requirement will have a $100 deposit (one per FAMILY not per player) added to their league fees at registration. This volunteer deposit will be cancelled when the volunteer requirement has been satisfied during the season. This year the deposit will be collected in mid July for any families who do not actually fulfill their volunteer responsibilities by an undetermined date at the end of the season.

You will also note that a Safe Sport Fee of $10 has been added to each player's registration. This fee helps defray the costs of background screening and mandated Safe Sport Act training for all of our head and assistant coaches.

Additionally, you will find that a City Field Fee of $20 has been added to each player's registration. This fee helps defray the costs of field maintenance and upkeep for Lamp Park and our sate;lite fields.
